產品注意事項

J系列注意事項

  1. 1.鍵槽採用JIS B 1301的普通形(Js9)。
  2. 2.鍵溝較長的部分產品(螺牙孔尺寸附有「*」的產品)施有沉頭孔加工。此外,具有螺牙孔的產品附有止迴螺絲作為附屬品。
  3. 3.H1T形狀採用止迴螺絲固定在軸上,是輕負荷時的固定方法。若要確實固定,務必同時使用定位銷。

產品特性注意事項

  1. 1.表中的容許扭矩是在任意使用條件下計算所得的參考值。
  2. 2.有些產品在澆鑄部位會有少許間隙,但不影響固定強度。

追加工注意事項

  1. 1.對蝸桿齒輪進行追加工時,請確認注意事項中的「追加工注意事項」,並請注意加工安全。
  2. 2.利用澆鑄固定齒部與軸轂部的設計可使齒輪強度更大,但強度可能因追加工而降低。須避免軸轂部以外的追加工。
