新的表面處理技術「α處理®」解決了例如“想讓沖孔下模也和沖頭一樣的使用壽命”和“正對沖孔下模的塗層進行反複測試”等問題。
[α處理®的特性]
・透過處理表面的奈米結晶化,在不影響韌性的情況下實現提高硬度!
・與傳統的表面處理相比,可以將現有尺寸・刃口形狀・廢料逆流對側的溝槽變化控制在最小幅度。
・透過在處理過的表面上形成微紋理,可以降低摩擦係數提高滑動性能!
*廢料逆流對策反錐是什麼?
廢料逆流對策反錐是指在沖孔下模的刃口往內作微小的傾斜度,進而達到防止廢料逆流的效果。
對於沖切高張力材料時廢料容易收縮的情況有效。
